Seattle Attractions

Every city has its own attractions and Seattle is not an exception. But while others present the usual lush greenery and coy faunas, Seattle has it in its own aromatic flavor. Just as it's well known Starbucks and several homebrewed artisan coffee, these Seattle attractions delivers in such a way that makes its desirability remarkably endearing. Just like the endearing connection between Seattle's rain and its coffee. Doesn't makes sense, does it? It's all right. Just read on.

The Space Needle

If Washington has the White House and Los Angeles has the Hollywood Sign, Seattle has the Space Needle. It is Seattle distinguishing landmark and it's been featured on several media occasions recently. The name is misleading as most would agree since it isn't the tallest structure of Seattle. It isn't even a technological structure, just a simple observation tower.

It did happen on a number of occasions already that visitors are surprised to find that the Space Needle isn't as tall as seen on photographs. It stands 605 feet high and Seattle's tallest skyscraper, the Bank of America Tower stands 937 feet, and that is 332 feet short. Nevertheless, visitors all over the world wait patiently on hour long lines just to get a bird's eye view on panoramic sights of the Downtown, the Olympic, Cascade and Rainier mountains.

The Seattle Symphony Orchestra

Recognized worldwide as the most innovative orchestra, the Seattle Symphony Orchestra also enjoys being the largest and oldest cultural institution in the Pacific Northwest. Visiting Orchestras, Basically Baroque, Mainly Mozart, Light Classics, Seattle Pops, Discover Music!, Tiny Tots, Distinguished Artists, and Music of our Time are among the orchestra's highly successful projects.

The Seattle Symphony Orchestra has made roots in Benaroya Hall, Downtown Seattle which is also known for its technologically advanced acoustics, architecture that sparked elegance, and a location that equally sparked sophisticated standards.

The Seattle Climate

Yes, I'm talking about Seattle's climate. While rains in some areas of the United States are less received, Seattle rain I warmly receive. For those who don't know, rain here isn't rain there. It is a soft, fuzzy drizzle; that what makes the Seattle rain among the Seattle attractions. It makes the colors all over more vibrant. It isn't stinging cold. It isn't accompanied by harsh winds and thunderstorms. It's just that: soft and sweet rain.

So here I am, silently jotting how I find these Seattle attractions exquisitely Seattle. Aurafice Internet and Coffee Bar by the way serve excellent espresso, and they entertained me with all my mud from splashing on every puddle I met. So are you heading here? Try the rain and some coffee. It's a neat combination.
